Effective 26 September 2026. It describes what happens to data when you visit paintpro.gr or message PaintPro.

Who we are

What data goes through the form

On the quote and contact forms you enter name, phone, service and message. Submit opens your email app to [email protected]. The site has no database and does not store form copies on our server.

We read your message to reply about the work. We keep it in email as long as coordination and the job require. If you ask us to delete it, we do, unless it must stay for a legal reason tied to agreed work.

Cookies and what happens before you answer

Until you answer the cookie banner: we store nothing in your browser, do not count visits, do not load Google Fonts, CDN icons or Google Maps. No advertising.

When you answer, only your choice is stored under the name paintpro-cookie, on your device. It is not sent to us. It stops the prompt appearing on every page.

• Essential only: only the choice remains in the browser. No third-party fonts/icons or Google Maps.
• Accept: Google Fonts and CDN icons load for full appearance, and Google Maps on About and Contact.
• Statistics and advertising: never used.

Change your choice via Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. You can also clear site data for paintpro.gr in your browser.

Files from other providers

jQuery and Bootstrap load so the menu and cookie banner work. They are needed for basic site function. Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Bootstrap Icons and Google Maps load only after Accept. The provider sees your IP when it loads. Without acceptance, these files are not called.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of data you sent us, or object to its use for coordinating the job. Send the request to [email protected] or on 697 657 0621. We reply on the same channel.

If you believe the response does not cover your request, you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes

If the way the site works changes, this page and the date at the top are updated.
